What we collect

What you type into a form. Our request and contact forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, and — depending on the form — your street address, city, state, ZIP code, the service you need and any message you add.

What your browser sends. Like any website, ours receives your IP address, browser and device type, the page you are on and the page that referred you. We also record which page a request came from, so we know what you were reading when you asked us to call.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, social security numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this site.

Why we use it

To answer your request, to schedule and carry out the work you ask for, to reach you about that work, and to keep our own records of jobs and enquiries. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How you hear from us

Sending a request is asking us to contact you about it, and we will do so by phone, text or email using the details you gave. You can tell us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, or write to [email protected] — apart from what we still need to send about work already scheduled. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run parts of this site and our office systems, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare — serves this website and protects it from abuse.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — measure how the site is used, in aggregate.
• Google Workspace — carries the email your request arrives as.
• Telegram — delivers a copy of new requests to our team.

We also release information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets cookies through Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. They do not identify you by name. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on; the site works either way.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and legal obligations, and are deleted when that no longer applies.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] or call 954-321-6212 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and requests are transmitted encrypted. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
