Service Areas

Forty-five towns across three counties, all of them within reach of the shop in Dania Beach. The list below is not a map of where we would like to work; it is where we actually go, and each town has a page of its own because the work is not the same in all of them.

What changes from one to the next is mostly the air. Within a couple of miles of the water, salt takes the outdoor coil apart from the fins inward, and the maintenance interval halves. Further inland the enemy is the attic, where duct runs sit against a hundred and thirty degrees for half the year and give up whatever they leak. Building type matters too: a closet air handler in a tower is a different visit from a garage unit on a quarter-acre lot.

Pick your town for what we see there, or call and we will tell you on the phone.

Broward County30

Coconut CreekInland Broward, where an attic duct run decides how the system ages.Cooper CityGarage and hall-closet air handlers, which makes a drain fault cheap to find.Coral SpringsTwo-storey homes with an upstairs load one thermostat cannot cover.Dania BeachOur own town. The shortest call we take and the most coastal one.DavieOlder homes near the university, long duct runs out toward the ranches.Deerfield BeachCorrosion by the beach, airflow and attic heat once you cross the interstate.Fort LauderdaleWaterfront off Las Olas and mid-century blocks inland, two different failures.Hallandale BeachCondominium towers minutes from us, where building access takes the longest.Hillsboro BeachA block wide in places, so almost every outdoor unit lives in salt air.HollywoodBungalows east of Dixie, open lots and longer ducts west of the interstate.Lauderdale-by-the-SeaSalt spray on the equipment and rentals that run harder than owners think.Lauderdale LakesOriginal ductwork under newer equipment, a combination worth measuring.LauderhillCloset air handlers and single undersized returns across the small buildings.Lazy LakeA handful of properties inside Wilton Manors. Same crew, no minimum job.Lighthouse PointCanal frontage on most lots, so salt and humidity work the condenser together.MargateSingle-storey and inland, where thirty summers have loosened the duct joints.MiramarA long east-west city where sizing on the old end does not fit the new.North LauderdaleEquipment installed in the same years as the neighbours, so failures cluster.Oakland ParkOlder homes beside newer infill, with ductwork that no longer matches.ParklandLarge lots, usually two systems, and a fault in the zone nobody checked.Pembroke PinesSmall attics and original ducts in the east, longer runs in the west.PlantationMature tree cover overhead and packed condenser fins underneath it.Pompano BeachCoast and inland in one city, which means both sets of faults.Sea Ranch LakesA gated coastal village, so access is the first thing to arrange.Southwest RanchesThe largest lots we work on, with outbuildings on systems of their own.SunriseNeighbourhoods by decade, all of them sharing the same attic problem.TamaracOriginal ducts under a second system, with a return nobody enlarged.West ParkSmall and close to the shop, with equipment usually past the age of one repair.WestonNewer construction, so a component fails long before the machine does.Wilton ManorsRenovated older homes where the ductwork records every previous owner.

FAQ

Do you charge more for towns further from Dania Beach?

The distance changes how we schedule, not what the job costs. A run up to Palm Beach County gets booked as its own slot rather than squeezed between two others, which is why we ask for the make and the symptom when you call.

My town is not on the list. Is that a no?

Not necessarily. The forty-five here are the ones with enough work behind them to be worth writing about. If you are next door to one of them, call and ask.

Is the service the same in every town?

The work is. What differs is what we expect to find. On the coast we look at the condenser first because salt gets to it; inland we start with the ducts and the drain.
